We are looking for caring, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our young people’s residential team. This role is about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people by providing a safe, supportive, and nurturing home environment.

You do not need previous qualifications or experience in care to apply. We strongly value personal life experience, emotional maturity, and the ability to build positive relationships. Full training and qualifications will be provided as part of your development with us.

This role is ideal for anyone looking for a career change, returning to work, or wanting to do something meaningful and purposeful.

The role

  • Supporting children and young people with their day-to-day routines
  • Helping create a safe, stable, and positive home environment
  • Building trusting and respectful relationships
  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing
  • Working as part of a supportive team to meet individual care needs
  • Taking part in activities, education support, and life-skills development
  • Following my journey plans, safeguarding procedures, and house routines

To begin your career you do not need:

  • A care qualification
  • Previous experience in a residential or care setting
  • A background in health or social care
