Education Training & Employment

‍Stepdown recognises the critical need to support and develop the potential of each young person through the take up of training and education opportunities which will support their readiness for employment.

For each young person being supported by Stepdown, we will:

• Work with Employers and Training Agencies to support/mentor young people to achieve training standards, be work ready and gain employment.
• Develop links with employers to increase job opportunities for young people.
• Engage with external agencies in order to be actively involved in Local Employment Partnership strategies.
  
• Support the design, development and delivery of services which supports individual young people into training opportunities and employment.
